We are now offering a repair service for your Applied Materials Motor Spindle Drive through our Ferrofluidic Seals Department.
Motor Spindle :
Motor Ferrofluidic assemblies sent to our services
dept are subject to a double refurbish process : Ferro
side and Motor side.
Ferro side reconditioning is exactly the same process
as for standard seals.

– Inspection of rotor and stator
– Electrical repair ( up to rewinding if required)
– Control and repair tachymeter assembly
– Cooling circuitry inspection ( if applicable)
– Seals replacement
– Ferro side coupling
– Operational test ( static and dynamic)
